Responsibilities & Duties:
To retain/acquire new clients who are willing to invest in property market
Would need to achieve the sales/ revenue target for new clients
Would need to create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients. Interact regularly with the clients
Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to requirements
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
Exposure to regional and global markets
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
Experience:
1 - 5 years, preferably sales
Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in a sales position for the last 2-5 years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate industry
Desired Skills:
Relevant experience in retail sales and must be fluent in communication.
Should be fluent in regional language
Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
Should be extremely good in follow –ups
