Business Development Executive

Qualification : Degree or Post Graduation

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To retain/acquire new clients who are willing to invest in property market
  • Would need to achieve the sales/ revenue target for new clients
  • Would need to create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients. Interact regularly with the clients
  • Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to requirements
  • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
  • Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
  • Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
  • Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
  • Exposure to regional and global markets
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
  • Experience:

  • 1 - 5 years, preferably sales
  • Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in a sales position for the last 2-5 years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
  • Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate industry
  • Desired Skills:

  • Relevant experience in retail sales and must be fluent in communication.
  • Should be fluent in regional language
  • Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
  • Should be extremely good in follow –ups
